By booking a cleaning service, purchasing supplies, or interacting with our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use our services.

Bophepa Cleaning & Supplies provides residential and commercial cleaning services, fumigation, and the sale of cleaning materials and related products. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• All bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
• Prices may vary depending on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments can be made via Paystack or other approved methods. Once a service has been rendered, payments are non-refundable except in cases of proven negligence or error on our part.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services and ensuring access to the premises at the agreed time.

• Provide correct address and contact details.
• Secure pets and valuables before cleaning begins.
• Ensure water and electricity are available during the service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may result in a partial service fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our staff exercise care and professionalism, Bophepa Cleaning & Supplies is not liable for minor damages or wear that occur during standard cleaning processes. We are also not responsible for pre-existing conditions, loose fixtures, or items that were already damaged.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
